Drink of the Week: Golden Ghost
Ingredients:
.75 oz. Mezcal
.75 oz. Tequila Blanco
.75 oz Génépi
.75 oz. Crème de Cacao
1 dash Orange Bitters
Steps:
1: Combine all ingredients in a shaker and stir.
2: Strain into a chilled/iced glass.
3: Enjoy!

1 oz. Lemon Vodka
1 oz. Melon Liqueur
1 oz. Blue Curaçao
2 oz. White Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
Lemon-Lime Soda
Garnish: Cherry
Steps:
1: Combine all ingredients but soda into a shaker. Shake well.
2: Strain into a glass with ice and top with soda.
3: Garnish with cherry.
4: Enjoy!

2 oz. Midori
.5 oz. Lime Juice
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
2 oz. Soda Water
Garnish (Optional): Cherry and Lime Slice
Steps:
1: Combine Midori, lime juice and lemon juice in a glass with ice and stir.
2: Pour the soda water in. Garnish if available.
3: Enjoy!

1 oz. Vodka
.5 oz. Galliano
3 oz. Orange Juice
Garnish: Orange Slice & Maraschino Cherry
Steps:
1: Fill a glass with ice. Add vodka and orange juice.
2: Float the Galliano on top.
3: Add garnish.

Drink of the Week: Lava Flow
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Coconut Rum
2 oz. Strawberries
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Coconut Cream
1 Banana
1 cup Crushed Ice
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge
Steps:
1: Add the two rums and strawberries into a blender and blend until smooth.
2: Pour the blended mixture into a pitcher or mixing glass and rinse the blender.
3: Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream and banana into the blender with crushed ice and blend until smooth.
4: Pour both blends into a tall glass from opposite sides, and watch the strawberry mixture rise to the top like lava.
5: Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
