Ingredients:
0.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
0.5 oz. Dry Vermouth
0.25 oz. Allspice Dram
0.25 oz. Grand Marnier
2-3 dashes Walnut Bitters
Garnish (Optional): Orange Peel, Orange Oil, Brandied Cherry
Steps:
1: Combine all ingredients with ice in glass.
2: Garnish.

Ingredients:
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Clement Rhum Agricole Martinique
0.5 oz. Orange Curacao
1 oz. Lime Juice
0.25 oz. Orgeat Syrup
0.25 oz. Simple Syrup
4 oz. Crushed Ice
Garnish: Lime Wheel & Mint Sprig
Steps:
1: Combine all ingredients in mixing tin and shake to combine.
2: Pour into glass and garnish.
3: Enjoy!

Drink of the Week: Lava Flow
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Coconut Rum
2 oz. Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Small Banana
2 oz. Coconut Cream
2 oz. Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
1 cup Ice
Garnish (optional): Pineapple Wedge
Steps:
1: Blend the two rums and strawberries in a blender until a smooth paste has formed. Pour mixture into a tall collins or hurricane glass.
2: Rinse blender. Blend banana, coconut cream, and pineapple juice with ice until smooth.
3: Slowly pour mixture into glass with red rum mix. Watch strawberry mixture oozing its way to the top along the sides of the glass, creating a flowing lava effect. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and paper umbrella, if desired.
4: Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 oz. Clément Rhum Agricole Martinique
1 oz. 151 Overproof Rum
.5 oz. Navy Strength Rum
.25 oz. Bénédictine Liqueur
.25 oz. Orange Curaçao
.25 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
.5 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
Garnish: Sugar Cube
Steps:
1: Soak sugar cube in 151 overproof rum.
2: Combine all ingredients into mixing tin. Shake well.
3: Pour into glass without ice. Add ice to glass after mixture.
4: Place 151 soaked sugar cube on top of ice.
5: Light sugar cube on fire.
6: Submerge sugar cube into drink to extinguish the flame.
7: Enjoy!
