Drink of the Week: Dragon's Heart
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Aged Rum
.75 oz. Mezcal
.75 oz. Elderflower Cordial
.5 oz. Ginger Liqueur
1.5 oz. Blood Orange Juice
3 Lime Wedges
Aromatic Bitters
Garnish: Blood Orange Slice
Steps:
1: In a cocktail shaker, add the lime wedges, elderflower cordial, and 3 drops of bitters. Muddle well.
2: Add the rum, mezcal, ginger liqueur, and blood orange juice, and fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
4: Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
5: Garnish with 2 drops of bitters and a blood orange slice.
6: Enjoy!

Note: The Fish Bowl is similar in concept to a punch drink in that it is a massive quantity of alcohol best enjoyed with friends. For best and worst results, make your own personal fish bowl.
Ingredients:
One 1 gallon Fish Bowl

Steps:
1: Fill your fish bowl 1/3 of the way with ice.
2: Pour whatever liquor and mixers you want until the bowl is filled.
3: Top with whatever garnish you want (using gummy fish is popular).
4: Enjoy!
Optional: Place multiple straws and share with friends.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Gin
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Champagne.
Garnish (optional): Lemon Twist
Steps:
1: Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
2: Strain cocktail into a large flute. Top with Champagne; garnish with lemon twist.
3: Enjoy!

Ingredients:
8 Mint Leaves
1 oz. Simple Syrup
.75 oz. Lime Juice
1.5 oz. Gin
5 oz. Ginger Beer
Optional Garnish: Mint Sprig
Steps:
1: Muddle mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice in a mixing tin.
2: Add ice and gin. Shake to combine.
3: Strain into an ice-filled glass. It is recommended to double strain but not necessary.
4: Top with ginger beer.
5: Garnish with mint.
6: Enjoy!

Garnish (Optional): Dried Apricot & Orange Peel
Steps:
1: Combine all ingredients but Mezcal in a mixing tin over ice. Shake to combine.
2: Strain into a glass with fresh ice.
3: Float Mezcal on top.
4: Garnish.
