Ingredients:
2 oz. Vodka
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
.25 oz. Blue Curacao Syrup
3 oz. Sparkling Water
Garnish: Gummy Worms (of your choice)
Steps:
1: Combine vodka and pineapple juice in a shaker. Shake thoroughly to mix.
2: Pour over ice.
3: Top with sparkling water and syrup.
4: Garnish with worms.
5: Enjoy!

Drink of the Week: Bloody Mary
Ingredients:
1.75 oz. Vodka
5.25 oz. Tomato Juice
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce & Hot Sauce
Pinch Celery Salt & Cayenne
Garnish: Lemon Slice and/or Celery Stalk
Steps:
1: Put ice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a shaker.
2: Add vodka, tomato juice, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously.
3: Strain into a chilled glass. Add celery salt and cayenne pepper.
4: Garnish with lemon slice and/or celery stalk.
5: Enjoy!

Drink of the Week: Burnt Citrus
Ingredients:
1 oz. Bitter Orange Liqueur
1 oz. White Rum
.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
.25-.5 oz. 151-Proof Rum
1/2 Lemon Shell
Steps:
1: Combine the orange liqueur, white rum, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass or large cup.
2: Float the lemon shell in the glass and fill with the 151-proof rum. Using a long match or lighter, very carefully ignite the rum. To extinguish the flame, use a spoon or stirrer to press the lemon into the cocktail.
3: Enjoy!

Ingredients:
.5 oz. "Navy Strength" White Rum
1 oz. Gold Rum
.5 oz. Dark Rum
.5 oz. Apricot Brandy
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz. Honey Syrup
.5 oz. Grenadine.
4 oz. Crushed Ice
Garnish: Dried Apricot, Nutmeg, Lime Wheel
Steps:
1: Combine all ingredients into blender with ice. Flash-blend all ingredients for 5 seconds.
2: Pour into double old-fashioned glass. Top with additional ice if needed.
3: Garnish with all garnish items.
4: Enjoy!

2: Add rum, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and grenadine to your highball glass.
3: Mix it.
4: Garnish with maraschino cherries.

5-7 Sage Leaves
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
Ginger Beer
Steps:
1: Combine the first four ingredients in a mixing glass.
2: Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.
3: Top with ginger beer.
4: Garnish with a sage leaf.
5: Enjoy!
