Drink of the Week: Gimlet
Ingredients:
2.5 oz gin or vodka
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Lime wedge/wheel to garnish

 

Steps:
1: Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
2: Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
3: Garnish with a lime wheel.
4: Enjoy!

Drink of the Week: Long Spire (Island) Iced Tea

 

Ingredients: .5 oz. vodka

 

.5 oz. tequila

.5 oz. gin

.5 oz. rum

.5 oz. triple sec

2 oz. Sour mix

Cola of choice

 

Steps:

 

1: Combine all ingredients except cola into a shaker with ice. Strain into a glass and top with cola.

Drink of the Week: Bourbon & Blood

Ingredients:

1 oz. blood orange liqueur
1 oz. sweet vermouth
1 oz. bourbon whiskey
1–2 dashes orange bitters
6 small leaves tarragon
Garnish: orange peel

 

Steps:

1: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

2: Shake briskly.

3: Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

4: Garnish with the zest of a fresh orange.

5: Enjoy!

25 oz. vodka

4 oz. triplesec

12 oz. Mixed berry sports drink

2L Lemon-lime soda

Ice

 

Steps:

1: Combine and stir all ingredients in a large container.

2: Serve in a party glass of your choice.

Drink of the Week: Sweet Poison

Ingredients:
4 oz. coconut rum
2 oz. gold rum
2 oz. blue Curacao
4 oz. pineapple juice

Steps:
1: Fill shaker halfway with ice.
2: Add rums and blue Curacao.
3: Cap shaker and shake.
4: Pour over ice.
5: Top off with pineapple juice and add cherry garnish.
6: Enjoy!

Ingredients:

.5 oz. gin

.5 oz. vodka

.5 oz. rum

.5 oz. triple sec

.5 oz. peach liqueur

.5 oz. amaretto

2 oz. sweet-and-sour mix

1 splash beer, to top

Garnish: lemon wheel

 

Steps:

1: Add all ingredients except beer into a highball glass, add ice and stir.

2: Top with the beer.

3: Garnish with a lemon wheel.

4: Enjoy!

2 oz. Vodka

2 oz. Cranberry Juice

2 oz. lemon-lime soda

1: Combine all ingredients in a glass.

2: Stir to combine.

Drink of the Week: Devil's Margarita

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. blanco tequila

1 oz. lime juice, freshly squeezed

3/4 oz. simple syrup

1/2 oz. red wine (ideally a fruity medium-bodied wine)

Garnish: lime wheel

 

Steps:

1: Add the tequila, lime juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2: Strain into a cocktail glass.

3: Float the red wine over the glass by slowly pouring it over the back of a bar spoon.

4: Garnish with a lime wheel.

5: Enjoy!

1 oz. amaro liqueur

1 oz. amara bitters

Garnish: Orange Twist (optional)

1: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and stir.

2: Strain mixture into a chilled glass with ice.

3: Garnish with an orange twist (optional).

1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice

1 oz. orange liqueur

3 drops rose water

Champagne or sparkling wine, for topping

 

Steps:

1: Combine grapefruit juice, orange liqueur, and rose water in an ice-filled shaker.

2: Shake vigorously and strain into a champagne flute; top with champagne.

3: Enjoy!
