Ingredients:
1 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Ginger Ale
Garnish: Mint Sprig and/or Orange Slice
Steps:
1: Pour ingredients into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass and top with ginger ale, adding more ice if needed.
2: Garnish with a sprig of mint or an orange slice.
3: Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 oz. Dry French Brandy
1 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur
.75 oz. White Cream de Cacao
.25 oz. Amaretto
1 Whole Egg
Garnish: Dark Chocolate
Steps:
1: Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice.
2: Shake vigorously until cocktail is foamy.
3: Strain into a cocktail glass.
4: Garnish with chocolate.
5: Enjoy!

Ingredients:
0.5 oz. Irish Whiskey
0.5 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur
1 Guinness Beer
Steps:
1: Add the irish cream and whiskey into a shot glass, pouring slowly to create a layered effect.
2: Drop the shot into a pint glass filled half to three-quarters with the Guinness.
3:Drink immediately.

Drink of the Week: Gelatin Shots
Ingredients:
3 oz. flavored gelatin mix
1 cup water boiling
.5 cup water cold
.5 cup vodka
10 2 oz. plastic cups with lids
Steps:
1: Lay out plastic cups on a baking sheet without the lids on. Set aside.
2: Place gelatin mix in a medium mixing bowl or 4-cup liquid measuring cup. Pour in boiling water and whisk until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour in vodka and cold water. Whisk to combine.
3: Pour the mixture into each plastic cup, filling until almost full.
4: Refrigerate the shots for 2-3 hours or until set. Put lids on cups and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
5: Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 oz. Rum
1 oz. 151-proof Rum
.5 oz. Falernum
.5 oz. Juices
.5 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
.75 oz. Fassionola Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Absinthe
orange slice (for garnish)
Pineapple Spears (for garnish)
Steps:
1: Add all ingredients except the garnishes to a shaker tin and shake with ice.
2: Strain into a glass.
3: Add fresh ice and garnish wildly.
4: Enjoy!
